Dear Fellow Creators,
My full name is Claudette Agustin, also known as Det, a nickname that had many iterations as I grew up.
Here you will find an image of my Lola, in Tagalog it means grandmother, she was my favorite centenarian and so much more. She was a pivotal influence in my young life. Can you see the resemblance? Perhaps, the nose? I apparently inherited her love of making things with my hands and the satiable desire to convert intangible to tangible ideas into life. Others claim I inherited her curiosity and social aptitude, perhaps that explains my desire to be a lifelong learner. She taught me the importance of being a better person today than I was yesterday, which meant that it is not about seeking perfection but becoming the person I choose to be.
I am an advocate for helping others to be more creative and infusing it into their daily lives. Behind the scenes, I am working on my art/design shop and in the process of building my studio. I will keep you posted on updates, stay tune.
